Return Policy:

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).


Merchandise returned must be in original condition with all original packaging, hardware, etc. Any returns shipped must be insured against shipping damage or loss. We do not accept returns on tuners & programmers.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with the return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Returns for special-orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
