At Logic Auto, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding order processing, shipping rates, and delivery times.

Order Processing & Handling Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Order cut-off time is 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping within the USA for orders over $150.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $13.99 for orders under $150.
  • Estimated transit time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Tracking & Delivery:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address & Order Issues:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
